Launch Pad

We are looking for your input and ideas to improve Haigh-Farr! 

Suggestions to improve the workplace, save costs and improve profitability are all welcome.  Please keep the suggestions positive, but understand there will be no recrimination for any qualified idea. 

How are you rewarded? 

Individually:  Our goal is to launch at least one idea per quarter.  If your idea is selected, you will receive a reward! 

By Department:  Each quarter, the group with the most qualified, unique suggestions will have a pizza lunch to celebrate their participation!

Group 1:  Production
Group 2:  Quality, Document Control, Test and Shipping Departments
Group 3:  Engineering and IT Departments
Group 4:  Administration, Sales and Marketing, and Program Management Departments
